Elio Quest (Timothy Perez) is a multi-instrumentalist who's sound is that of a life lived between two coasts. Born into the harmonies of Southern California church choirs and seasoned on the legendary stages of Sunset Blvd, EQ's path has been one of constant evolution. After years as a powerhouse drummer for Jive/Zomba signees Dirtie Blonde—to sharing stages on massive tours with the likes of Rihanna and INXS—he made the definitive leap from the back of the stage to the front of the mic. Now based in New York City, the former drummer-turned-frontman has traded the kit for a solo vision. His debut album, Harlem, CA, is a masterclass in coastal fusion.
